Mr Clever Clean will conform to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant statutory provisions and codes of practice.
It is the policy of the company that all its employees will receive adequate and appropriate training in matters of health and safety. All employees shall co-operate with Mr Clever Clean in all safety, health and safety matters and maintain their place of work and all their equipment in a tidy and safe condition and shall not interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of their health and safety.
The policy reflects the commitment of Mr Clever Clean to matters of health and safety. Mark Cave, has the responsibility of implementing the policy and the company's health and safety requirements. It will also be his duty to organise systems of work that preserve the health of his employees and other people concerned in the business.
Commitment to Health & Safety is of prime importance to Mr Clever Clean, which will strive to carry out its business in such a way as to avoid harm to its employees, its clients employees and the public who may be affected directly or indirectly by its activities.
Health and Safety has equal status with other primary business objectives. We believe that safe working practices and due consideration of environmental impact and staff are vital to the overall efficiency and success of our business. It is everyone's responsibility and consequently forms an integral part of the duties of all employees.
Mr Clever Clean are committed to obtaining the highest achievable standards of occupational health, safety and environmental protection and to comply with all relevant statutory provisions.
It is the requirement of all the company's employees to ensure their own safety and others around them when carrying out their works. All employees are given lines of communication to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities. All employees should be aware that there is no conflict regards to safety and production. Safety is the priority above all else.
Where required to do so the Company will conform to the requirements of a Principal Contractor or Contractor in matters related to the Construction (Design & Management) Regs 2007 and will conform to a clients health and safety site requirements and will co-operate in matters of health and safety.
